VINO DE VALENCIA

The V-Rosé is exclusively made by winemaker Gonzalo Medina at the Bodegas located in a centuries-old Spanish wine region at 900 meters altitude producing organic wines under the D.O. Valencia. Together with a micro climate and Mediterranean influences this is the ideal spot for the grape providing the best juice with a constant quality, every year.

1 GRAPE, 1 VINEYARD

Due to all these ideal conditions and the expert knowledge of the wine maker, V-Rosé is able to have just 1 grape from 1 vineyard to offer you the ultimate taste experience every year! The V-Rosé grape “Bobal”, historicaly the local grape of Valencia, is a prizewinning grape that has already caused quite a stir.

THE TASTE

Beautiful light salmon pink color Provence style rosé that longs for all day moments. In the nose a clean palate of red fruit and flowers. Intense mouth filling with a delicate balance of fruit, clean fresh acidity and friendly sweetness leading to a long lingering finish.

FOOD PAIRING

Food pairing is surprisingly nice with shellfish, bellota, vegetables, soft cheese and... paella!

THE VALENCIA BAT

Historically, the bat is the protector of the rice fields in Valencia. The bat is therefore an icon that symbolizes happiness and prosperity. With pride, V-Rosé carries the “V” of Valencia designed in the shape of a bat.
